Hi, I’m an IT professional with 15 years experience in the industry spanning project management, web development, systems engineering, and application support, primarily within the healthcare sector.

I specialize in digital transformation projects for small businesses, implementing and modernizing internal collaboration solutions, designing and developing websites and web applications, integrating eCommerce platforms and designing and implementing network upgrades. 

I am very experienced with all the popular website platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Weebly, Wix, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, GoDaddy, often implementing many customizations to suit individual designs.

I also have extensive experience developing administerial and collaboration applications by means of either customizing and developing solutions on popular CMS systems or using custom code. 

I believe in very clear, detailed discussions with clients to obtain a vivid understanding of their needs and ideas. I always find it much more effective to communicate ideas in layman’s terms, sometimes using sketches with pencil and paper to build and refine visual concepts.

I am also a certified Network engineer and full stack web developer, skills which are very useful in setting up clients with hosting companies and domain registration, along with many other technologies required for their web publication.

I can also assist small businesses with general IT systems and network consultation, providing direction for organizations in streamlining their administrative and collaborative workflows.  This may involve advice with network solutions, suggestions with platforms and technical tools to meet their needs and if required, onsite or remote implementation services to install, upgrade or configure new or existing products.
